Renault has introduced an inexpensive sedan Taliant, which is intended for the Turkish market. This car is positioned as a successor to the Symbol model (under this name in this country was sold Logan). According to the official Renault website, prices for the car start at 167,900 Turkish liras.
The novelty was built on the CMF-B platform. It is expected that in the future this architecture will also be used for the Lada model. The car received a McPherson-type front suspension and a semi-independent rear suspension. The size of the sedan is comparable to the European third-generation Dacia Logan.
In the range of engines there is a 1.0-liter aspirated 65 horsepower. Also, customers are offered a 90-horsepower turbo engine. In addition, the sedan has a 100-horsepower gas version.
In the basic version, Taliant is equipped with air conditioning, emergency braking system and a radio system with USB and Bluetooth. Useful options include power windows, a rearview camera, 8-inch multimedia and parking sensors.
