The first official images of the Tank 600 off-road vehicle, which will compete with the Toyota Land Cruiser 300, have appeared.

The Chinese company Great Wall has published the first official photos of the Tank 600 large off-road vehicle, which may appear in Azerbaijan as well. The public premiere of the car will take place on August 29 at the Chengdu Motor Show.

This spring, the Chinese concern created a separate Tank brand, under which the automaker will sell SUVs with a frame structure. The first representative of the line was the Tank 300, and now the Chinese have shown the flagship model with the “600” index.

In terms of its dimensions, the SUV is comparable to the new Toyota Land Cruiser 300 – its length is about 5 meters. The Tank 600, based on a new modular platform with a longitudinal powertrain, is equipped with a 3.0-liter V6 petrol turbo engine.

The engine, working in conjunction with a 9-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive, develops 354 hp. and 500 Nm of torque. At the same time, the motor is assisted by a 48-volt starter generator during sharp accelerations. The rest of the details about the model will become known after its premiere.
